What areas do you cover?
We are based in Kuala Lumpur and work across the city and the surrounding Klang Valley, covering residential, commercial and industrial sites. For work further out, tell us the location when you enquire and we will confirm whether we can cover it before quoting.
How often should an air conditioner be serviced?
For most homes and offices, routine servicing every three to six months keeps airflow and cooling where they should be. Units in dusty environments, or running long hours in factories and retail spaces, usually need a shorter interval. We set the schedule against your equipment and its workload.
What is chemical cleaning and do I need it?
Chemical cleaning is a deeper clean for units where accumulated dirt can no longer be removed by normal washing. It is not needed at every service. We recommend it only where the unit and the site condition call for it, and we say so before any work starts.
My unit is not cooling properly. Can you fix it?
Usually. Weak cooling, water leakage and unusual noise are the faults we deal with most. We diagnose first, then tell you what is wrong, what the repair involves, and whether the unit is worth repairing or replacing. You get that assessment before you commit.
Do you handle large systems, not just split units?
Yes. Alongside split, cassette and ducted units we support VRF and VRV systems, chillers, AHUs, FCUs, ventilation and ducting. The system types we can take on depend on the site, which is why every enquiry starts with a site assessment.
