Professional cleaning maintains airflow, cooling performance and equipment condition. The scope is chosen for the system and its condition, not sold as a fixed package.
Cleaning of indoor unit components and accessible areas to remove dust and buildup.
Deeper cleaning for appropriate units where accumulated dirt requires chemical treatment.
Cleaning filters and accessible coil surfaces to support efficient heat exchange and airflow.

System types depend on the building, which is why every job starts with a site assessment.

A systematic approach is what keeps the work efficient, safe and consistent from one site to the next.
Understand your needs and assess the site condition.

For most homes and offices, routine servicing every three to six months keeps airflow and cooling where they should be. Units in dusty environments, or running long hours in factories and retail spaces, usually need a shorter interval. We set the schedule against your equipment and its workload.
Chemical cleaning is a deeper clean for units where accumulated dirt can no longer be removed by normal washing. It is not needed at every service. We recommend it only where the unit and the site condition call for it, and we say so before any work starts.
Water leakage is often linked to a blocked or dirty drainage path. Every service includes a drainage check, with the pathways inspected and cleared to help reduce leaks. If a leak continues after cleaning, we diagnose it as a repair and tell you what the fix involves before any work starts.
Tell us how many units you have and roughly when they were last serviced. We will recommend the right scope and send a clear quotation.
