My unit is not cooling properly. Can you fix it?
Usually. Weak cooling, water leakage and unusual noise are the faults we deal with most. We diagnose first, then tell you what is wrong, what the repair involves, and whether the unit is worth repairing or replacing. You get that assessment before you commit.
Should I repair or replace my aircon?
It depends on the fault, the condition of the unit and the cost of the repair against a replacement. After diagnosis we tell you which makes more sense and why. The decision is yours, and it is made before any work starts.
Why is my aircon leaking water?
Water leakage is often linked to a blocked or dirty drainage path. Every service includes a drainage check, with the pathways inspected and cleared to help reduce leaks. If a leak continues after cleaning, we diagnose it as a repair and tell you what the fix involves before any work starts.
